The short version: we only use what you send us to deal with your enquiry, and this site doesn't track you.

Who we are

What we collect and why
- When you contact us by phone, email or the project planner, we receive the details you choose to give us (name, contact details, and information about your site or job). We use them to respond to and deliver your enquiry, and for related record-keeping such as quotes and invoices.
- The project planner composes an email in your own email app. Your request travels as a normal email to office@warburtonservices.co.uk; nothing is submitted to this website itself.
Cookies and browser storage
- We use no analytics or advertising cookies, and no trackers.
- Your browser's local storage is used for two things only: remembering that you've seen the cookie notice, and keeping a draft of planner requests on your own device. Neither leaves your browser.
Hosting
This site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard technical request logs (such as IP address) to run and secure the service.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@warburtonservices.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
